1. About Nexi ARC

Nexi ARC ("Nexi ARC", "we", "us") is a public directory that helps California regional center families, clients, and Service Coordinators discover vendors and community resources. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Account Types

• Vendor accounts are for organizations or individuals approved as regional center vendors. Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, service availability, and Bulletin posts.
• Client accounts are private profiles for regional center clients and families. Only your first and last initial are ever shown publicly, and only if you choose to leave a review.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the parent/legal guardian of the client, to create an account. By signing up you confirm that the information you provide (including UCI number, vendor number, and contact details) is accurate and that you have the authority to provide it.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not post false, misleading, defamatory, harassing, or discriminatory content.
• Do not post protected health information (PHI), full names of minors, or other personally identifying information about clients.
• Reviews must reflect genuine personal experience. Do not submit paid, incentivized, or fake reviews.
• Do not attempt to access other users' accounts, scrape the directory, or interfere with the service.

5. Vendor Listings and Reminders

Vendors are expected to keep their listings current. Nexi ARC may send periodic reminder emails to confirm listing details. Listings that appear out of date may be flagged by visitors and reviewed by our team.

6. Reviews and Bulletin Posts

You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant Nexi ARC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and moderate that content as part of the service. We may remove content that violates these Terms without notice.

7. No Professional Advice or Endorsement

Nexi ARC does not provide medical, legal, or clinical advice and does not endorse any vendor. Inclusion of a vendor in the directory is not a recommendation. Always verify credentials with your regional center.

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account page. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexi ARC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on any vendor information.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or via an on-site notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
